Creating user-defined system attributes

  1. Proceed as follows:
  2. Go to Tools > System settings > System attributes.
  3. In the upper section of the dialog click Add (1).

  4. Enter a Name.
  5. Define, whether the attribute should be multi valued or not.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Select the newly created system attribute and click Add at the bottom of the dialog box (2).
  8. Enter the respective attribute value.
  9. With Default, define whether the value should be a standard value for this attribute.
  10. Click OK.
  11. Add additional attribute values as required.
