Settings

Across features a wealth of options that enable you to configure the system according to your needs. If, however, you are a service provider, the settings will usually be determined by your customer and be transmitted to you through the supply chain. To establish a good basis for working, you might want to discuss the settings and any restrictions with your customer.

User Settings

The user settings enable the configuration of individual settings for your work with Across. The settings apply to you only, i.e. they do not apply to other users, let alone the entire system.

Customers can predefine user settings. Take a look at the settings and check whether any changes are required on your side.

You can find the user settings under Tools > User Settings.

System Settings

In the system settings, you can configure basic settings for your work with Across. The system settings apply throughout the system, i.e. to all users in the entire supply chain.

You can find the system settings under Tools > System Settings.

As a provider, you can also view the settings that your customer configured for you in this section (read-only).
