Setting up MS OneDrive for COTI automation

  • Create the required COTI level 2 folder structure on the CMS. For information on this topic, please refer to the manufacturer documentation.
    • A root folder with the following folder structure is expected:
    • untranslated/
    • translated/
    • error/untranslated/
    • error/translated/
    • archive/untranslated/
    • archive/translated/
    • logs/TMS
    • logs/CMS
  • Set up a Microsoft OneDrive account.
  • Configure OneDrive in such a way that the COTI level 2 folder structure will be synchronized with OneDrive. In this way, you can ensure that COTI packages will be collected by Elanion as soon as they are stored, and finished target files will automatically be available on your CMS.
