Rights Control

The assignment of tasks to a Trusted Server comprises the selection of data, especially of the crossTank and crossTerm entries, to be provided to the Trusted Server side for processing the tasks. A granular rights system enables you to define which rights are to be available on the Trusted Server side for the crossTank and crossTerm entries. For example, you can define whether the crossTank and/or crossTerm entries may be exported.

The rights of a Trusted Server are set in the properties of the respective Trusted Server. To do this, go to the crossGrid section of the system settings (via Tools > System Settings > General > crossGrid). Select the corresponding Trusted Server, click Edit and go to the Rights tab. For crossTank and crossTerm, you can set individual rights to be valid on the Trusted Server side.
