Creating Reporting Templates

In reporting templates, you can e.g. determine match ranges for billing your translations. Additionally, you can determine the information to be included in the report, e.g. sentences, paragraphs, and standard lines.

This is how it works

  1. Opening the System Settings
  2. Creating New Templates
  3. Defining the Standard Line
  4. Configuring Match Ranges
  5. Configuring Columns
  6. Finishing the Setup

Opening the System Settings

Go to Tools > System Settings > General > Reporting.

Creating New Templates

Click New and enter a name for the template, e.g. Test Rep.

Defining the Standard Line

Determine the number of characters of a standard line. You can also determine whether or not the line count is to include spaces.

Configuring Match Ranges

Check the predefined match ranges. If necessary, select a range and click Delete. To determine match ranges, specify the lower match limit and click Add. The upper match limit will be set automatically and will end just below the lower match limit of the next match range.
