The check for all paragraph-based QM criteria takes place as soon as the target text has been saved (e.g. with CTRL+S or after changing the paragraph state). The following criteria apply to the entire document (= they refer to the entire target content) and must therefore be checked with CHECK ALL:
- .NET resources
- Same source text - different translation text
- Different source text – same translation text
- Windows resources
- XML validity

QM Mode v6.3 View
QM criteria that are checked in real time are displayed separately from QM checks that you need to start manually. For this, the QM criteria are split into the Automatic and Manual categories. If only QM criteria that are checked in real time have been set for a task, the category labels will be hidden.
- The following QM checks need to be started manually, e.g. by clicking Check Now in the context menu of the respective QM criterion:
- Same source – different translation
- Different source – same translation
- Tagged XML well-formedness
- Visual XML identical structure
- XLIFF element validation
All other QM criteria are checked in real time.
