Rights: Projects

Create project* Allows users of the group to create a new project. When you create a new project, you define due dates, source documents, target languages and tasks, etc.	+	+
Edit project properties* Allows the users of this group to edit the properties of a project (e.g., project name, subject, relation).	+	+
Delete project* Allows the users of this group to delete projects. Apart from the project attributes, the source and target documents are also removed from the Across database. However, any existing crossTank and crossTerm entries are retained.	+	+
Change project state* Allows the users of this group to change the state of a project. For example, this right can be used to manually set projects to the Finished status.	+	+
Archive/restore/delete projects* Allows the users of this group to move finished projects to the archive, restore archived projects, and delete projects from the archive. Caution: Projects deleted from the archive cannot be restored.	+	+
Release project* Allows the users of this group to release projects for the assignment of tasks.	+	+
Add attributes* Allows the users of this group to add attributes and attribute values to a new or existing project.	+	+
Delete attributes* Allows the users of this group to delete attributes and attribute values from a new or existing project.	+	+
Assign / revoke task* Allows the users of this group to assign and revoke tasks.	+	+
Assign/revoke task although the user is not assigned as PM* Allows the users of this group to assign and revoke tasks and view the projects of other project managers even if the respective user is not the project manager of the task.	+
Add/edit/delete comments* Allows the users of this group to add, edit, and delete comments to/from a project.	+	+
Manage all* Activates all rights in the Projects section.	+

You can further customize the rights Add attributes and Delete attributes via the icn_mehr_drei-punkte icon in order to limit these rights to particular attributes or attribute values.
