How the new cloud connector works

Set up your interfaces in just a few minutes

The content you translate in your enterprise is created and maintained in a variety of different systems. Integrating all the systems involved in translation management used to be a time-consuming and complex challenge, but Elanion connect now allows you to link third-party systems according to the familiar principle of “plug and play”. In just a few minutes, you can connect your translation management system with the respective content systems in your Elanion environment. Elanion connect allows the data to be seamlessly exchanged between the systems.

Manage interfaces and automated processes on a centralized basis

Elanion connect allows you to centrally manage all your interfaces to the Across Language Server. All your links are stored in Elanion connect and remain up to date by means of this single platform. You can find all the required information on faulty interfaces, updates, and processes all in one place. If individual interfaces are updated, the cloud solution of your middleware always keeps you up to date without you having to put in the effort to set up the entire interface again. You store all the settings relevant to the translation process in the cloud platform. For example, you define the workflow steps that are to be executed on each system and which setting templates are to be selected for the Across Language Server.

Automate and monitor content translation projects

The translation process is triggered directly from your CMS, after which the entire process runs in the background automatically. Elanion connect transfers the data between the CMS and the translation management system – so it is no longer necessary to manually copy texts, send files by e-mail, or manually monitor the progress of the project.

With automation set up using Elanion connect, it is also possible to centrally monitor your projects in the middleware.
