Adjusting preset watchfolders

In case of machine translation or machine review, you may want to adjust the preset watchfolders.

0. Do the following:
1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Across\crossAutomate\%vendorname%\AcrossTo%vendorname%.xoml in a text editor.
2. Replace the standard export folder with your target folder:
   • For machine translation:
     TargetFile="C:\Program Files (x86)\Across\crossAutomate\Tool\FromAcross\{FirstTranslationTaskGuid}.ewu"
   • For machine review:
     TargetFile="C:\Program Files (x86)\Across\crossAutomate\Tool\FromAcross\{NextTaskGuid}.ewu"
     TargetFile="C:\Program Files (x86)\Across\crossAutomate\Tool\FromAcross\{NextTaskGuid}_source...
     TargetFile="C:\Program Files (x86)\Across\crossAutomate\Tool\FromAcross\{NextTaskGuid}_target...
   Tip

   Do not change the name of the target file.
3. Save your settings.
4. Replace the existing workflow in the crossAutomate Host Manager by
   • Stopping the current workflow,
   • removing the workflow from the crossAutomate Host Manager,
   • adding the new workflow (see Adding workflows to crossAutomate Host Manager).
5. You can now use your own watchfolder.
