ProjectManager.CreateProject Attribute Information
The ProjectManager.CreateProject functions will create a new project in any case. Even if a project with this name already exists, a project with the same name will still be created.
For builds after v7.0 13387, the function will set attributes that are set in the default project settings template in Across. Together with the parameters for subject GUID and relation GUID, this works as follows:
