Creating crossWAN Packaging Templates

About crossWAN Packaging Templates

The data to be transmitted to the external translator (offline user) along with the task can be determined in crossWAN packaging templates.

This is how it works

  1. Opening the System Settings
  2. Creating New Templates
  3. Configuring General Settings
  4. Determining the Settings for the TM Transmission
  5. Determining the Settings for the Terminology Transmission
  6. Finishing the Setup

Opening the System Settings

Go to Tools > System Settings > General > crossWAN Packaging Templates.

Creating New Templates

Click New and enter a name for the template.

Configuring General Settings

On the General tab, you can configure package settings concerning the data volume and information to be transmitted.

Determining the Settings for the TM Transmission

On the crossTank tab, you can determine which TM entries are to be transmitted along with the task. This can be done especially by selecting attributes such as the subject and the relation.

Determining the Settings for the Terminology Transmission

On the crossTerm tab, you can determine which terms are to be transmitted along with the task.

Finishing the Setup

Close the system settings or go to another area in order to finish the setup.
