Work items come about when a workflow is triggered. A work item usually contains several subitems that map the individual workflow steps. The individual items can be assigned to the respective users in the Workflows area. Users can see the items assigned to them under Tasks > My tasks.
Anonymous users (= users with guest login) cannot be assigned any items.
The following types of work items are available to cover the various application cases:
Enables the suggestion of a new entry together with one or several terms.
Enables the suggestion of a new term for an existing entry.
Enables the request for a term translation. The customer determines the languages into which the term is to be translated.
Enables the suggestion of an entry or term change, not only with respect to the term texts, but also for all entry and term properties.
