Workflow Rules

With the help of rules, you can determine when a workflow can be triggered. You can also use several workflows at the same time.

Tip

The rules will be applied according to the order of the list (top down). If necessary, move the rules up or down with the help of the arrow buttons in order to change the order of application.

The following options are available for each workflow:

Depending on your system configuration
For limiting the workflow to certain languages.
(Single-value attributes and single-value picklists at entry level)
Depending on your system configuration
For limiting the workflow to certain attributes (e.g. relation) or picklist values.
Work item type
 
For limiting the options associated with the workflows.
requestTranslation
Activates the option for being able to request term translations.
suggestEntryChanges
Activates the option for being able to suggest entry changes.
suggestNewTerm
Activates the option for being able to suggest new terms.
suggestNewTermToExistingEntry
Activates the option for being able to suggest new terms for existing entries.
suggestTermChanges
Activates the option for being able to suggest term changes.
