Troubleshooting

Should you encounter errors while working with crossMining, the crossMining log file can provide you information about the cause of the error. If necessary, you can also send the log file to the Across or crossMining administrator for review.

The log file is available in the subfolder crossMining at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming, where <username> is the local user under whom crossMining is installed.
