Generating Entry Summaries

  1. Proceed as follows:
  2. In the crossTerm Manager, select the menu item Tools > Summaries.
  3. Select the entry summary.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Determine the information to be included in the summary. To do this, select the needed information from the list on the left and click Add.
    • The following information is available:
    • Subject with sub-subject: Representation of the terminology base by subjects and sub-subjects.
    • Notes: Representation of the terminology data by availability of notes.
    • Image: Representation of the terminology data by availability of image.
    • Definition: Representation of the terminology data by availability of definitions.
  6. Determine the display order in the summary via Up and Down buttons.
  7. Click Finish to generate the summary.
  8. The summary is displayed.
