System Settings: Search Center
Fuzzy search
Under Fuzzy Search, you can determine which attributes are to be displayed along the crossTank entries found by the fuzzy search in the crossDesk Search Center. The attributes are displayed under the search hits; only the attributes for which values exist are displayed:
The attributes that can be displayed are system attributes (e.g. Subjects and Relations) and crossTank attributes (e.g. Created by and Usage count of crossTank entries) and other information (e.g. composition of penalties).
The upper pane of the Fuzzy Search section lists the attributes that are displayed in the fuzzy search along with the search hits. By default, these are the Subjects, Relations, and Projects attributes.
From the lower part of the area containing the available attributes, you can have additional attributes added and displayed by clicking Display. Click Do not display to remove attributes from the upper part and thus from being displayed.
You can arrange the order of the displayed attributes with the help of the arrow icons.
In the lower part of the area, you can activate a checkbox in the Show in tooltip column to determine that attributes that are not displayed together with the fuzzy search hits are to be displayed in the tooltip of the respective hit.
The desired attributes will be displayed in the tooltip of the search hits:
Additionally, there is an option to enable the listing and thus the display of system attributes that have already been deleted.
Concordance Search Results
Under Concordance Search, you can determine which attributes are to be displayed along the crossTank entries found by the concordance search in the crossDesk Search Center. The attributes are displayed under the search hits; only the attributes for which values exist are displayed:
The concordance search settings are almost identical to the settings for the fuzzy search. The only difference between the two sections in the system settings is the relevance rate attribute that can be displayed additionally for the concordance search. When performing a concordance search for several words, the relevance rate indicates the correspondence between the search words and the search hits found.
