Integrating QM criteria
QM v7.0
If the QM criterion is not displayed in crossDesk, check whether it has been included in the respective QM template. Subsequently, check whether this QM template has been included in the respective project settings template.
Proceed as follows:
- In the menu bar, go to Tools > System Settings > General > Quality Management v7.0.
- Select the respective QM template.
- Expand the QM criterion that is not available in crossDesk.
- If necessary, activate the checkbox Activated.
- In the system settings, go to General > Project Settings Templates.
- Check whether the option Quality management v7.0 and the corresponding QM template have been selected.
- Click Close to save the settings and close the system settings.
- Reapply the project settings template to the respective project in order to make the QM criterion visible in crossDesk.
QM v6.3
If the QM criterion is not displayed in crossDesk, you have to include it in the corresponding workflows and/or tasks first. Subsequently, check whether this QM template has been included in the respective project settings template.
- Proceed as follows:
- Go to the Workflow module via Administration > Workflows and select the workflow in which you want to integrate the QM criterion.
- Then click the Task List tab in lower part of the window and select the task in which you want to integrate the new QM criterion.
- Click Properties.
- Go to the Quality management tab.
- Insert the new QM criterion with Add.
- In the menu bar, go to Tools > System Settings > General > Quality Management v6.3.
- Go to General > Project Settings Templates.
- Check whether the option Quality management v6.3 and the correct QM template have been selected.
- Click Close to save the settings and close the system settings.
- Reapply the project settings template to the respective project in order to make the QM criterion visible in crossDesk.
- The QM criterion is now integrated in the task and will be checked while processing the respective task.
