Price lists contain the price categories for the calculation of the services in the various translation workflows.
- Proceed as follows:
- Go to the Price Lists section and click Create New.

- Click Generate to generate the price list.
- Define the list elements or price categories to be included in the report. To do this, select the price list and click the
icon.
- Click New to create the first price category.
- Define the price category by determining the following settings:
- Element type: Determination of the type of price category to be created. The following element types are available for selection:
- User-defined: Definition of a price category for a user-defined task category.
- Document processing: Definition of a price category for the processing of documents (e.g. translation).
- Repetitions: Definition of a price category for the calculation of repetitions.
- Workflow: Selection of the workflow for which the price list is to be created.
- Task type: Selection of a task that is part of the selected workflow.
- Source language and target language: Selection of the language direction to which the price category is to apply. Besides specific languages, it is also possible to select All for any source or target language.
- Any match: If this checkbox is activated, the price category will apply to all matches (no match, fuzzy match, 100% matches, and bonus matches). If the checkbox is deactivated, a match range can be defined.
- Min. match rate and Max. match rate: Minimum and maximum value of a match range (e.g. 50%-99%).
- Tip
Bonus stands for bonus matches and comprises context matches, structure matches, and context and structure matches.
- Element type: Determination of the type of price category to be created. The following element types are available for selection:
- Price per unit: Price/word in Euro or price/hour in Euro (for user-defined task categories).
- Click Update to finish the creation of the price category.
- Repeat this step until the report contains all required price categories.
- After creating the price list, it needs to be associated with the respective customer or supplier. Instructions are provided in the following chapter.
