Finishing pre-translated tasks automatically

You can determine that fully pre-translated tasks are to be finished automatically. A task is fully translated if a 100% match has been inserted for every paragraph during pre-translation and these paragraphs have automatically been set to the final paragraph state.

Tip

Use this option only if your TM is duly maintained and you are sure that no unsuitable 100% matches could be inserted.

You can activate the option Automatically set 100% pre-translated task to "Finished" in the task template properties of the respective workflow:

Conditions and Limitations

In a multi-stage workflow such as Translation and Correction, the auto-finish option can be activated either for the first workflow step or for both or all workflow steps, including the subsequent ones. However, it is not possible to activate the auto-finish option only for the second or subsequent workflow steps.
By default, the final paragraph state of the respective task type will be set upon auto-finish, e.g. Translated for the task type Translation of the Translation and Correction workflow. With certain settings, however, e.g. if released TM entries are inserted via pre-translation and are protected automatically, they will be set to the final paragraph state of the workflow directly after the pre-translation, e.g. the Corrected state for Translation and Correction.
The auto-finish option is not applied in the case of pre-translations started from the Projects or Tasks module or from within crossDesk.
