Provide Entries
Example
Select the option All entries with the same subject. In this case, only crossTank/crossTerm entries whose subject corresponds to that of the current project will be sent to the Trusted Server. For example, if the Technology subject is assigned to the current project, all crossTank/crossTerm entries that have also been assigned the Technology subject will be sent to the Trusted Server. Thus, crossTank/crossTerm entries with different subjects will not be sent to the Trusted Server.
If projects and/or crossTank/crossTerm entries have been assigned multiple attribute values (e.g. multiple subjects), only one attribute value needs to match. For example, if the Technology and Marketing subjects are assigned to the current project, crossTerm entries that have only been assigned one subject, Technology will also be sent to the Trusted Server.
No assigned attribute value also represents a value: If a subject is assigned to the current project, crossTank/crossTerm entries that have not been assigned any subject will not be sent to the Trusted Server.
You can select one of the following filter options:
Settings | Description |
All entries with the same relation | All crossTank/crossTerm entries whose relation corresponds to the current project will be sent to the Trusted Server. |
All entries with the same subject | All crossTank/crossTerm entries whose subject corresponds to the current project will be sent to the Trusted Server. |
All entries with the same subject and relation | All crossTank/crossTerm entries whose subject and relation corresponds to the current project will be sent to the Trusted Server. |
All entries with the same project attribute | All crossTank/crossTerm entries whose subject corresponds to the current project will be sent to the Trusted Server. crossTank/crossTerm entries, which are in addition associated with other projects will also be sent to the Trusted Server. |
Provide all entries | All crossTank/crossTerm entries will be sent to the Trusted Server, for example, including those whose subject or relation does not correspond to the current project. Attention Please note that if this option is selected, the number of entries to be transmitted – and thus of the data volume to be transmitted – can be considerable. |
Do not provide any entries | As a matter of principle, no crossTank/crossTerm entries are sent to the Trusted Server. |
Please note that for the above-mentioned filter options to work for crossTerm entries, the relation and subject must be entered at the term level. If the relation and subject are merely entered at the entry level, the filter options will not be effective.
