crossTank Manager
The following keyboard shortcuts speed up operations in the crossTank Manager:

Alt+2 | Open crossTank Manager |
Enter | Start search |
Enter | Enables you to change attributes (Subject, Relation, Status, Project) for all selected translations |
Alt+L | Switch source/target language |
Ctrl+N | Add Translation |
Ctrl+E | Edit translation |
Ctrl+D | Delete Translation |
Alt+N | Set crossTank entry to Newly inserted |
Alt+M | Set crossTank entry to Smartly inserted |
Alt+A | Set crossTank entry to Aligned |
Alt+C | Set crossTank entry to Released |
Ctrl+l | Import crossTank translation units |
Ctrl+E | Export crossTank translation units |
Esc | Exit crossTank Manager |
Alignment
Expert users can use the number pad for quickly editing manual alignments.
Combine the keys of the number pad with the Alt key:
7 Set marker on the left | 8 Set markers on the left and on the right | 9 Set marker on the right | * Go to marker |
4 Left to previous paragraph | 5 Left and right to previous paragraph | 6 Right to previous paragraph | + Align sub-levels of selected pair of paragraphs |
1 Left to next paragraph | 2 Left and right to next paragraph | 3 Right to next paragraph | - Remove alignment for sub-levels of selected pair of paragraphs |
0 Align selected paragraph pair | / Remove alignment for selected paragraph pair |
In addition, the following keyboard keyboard shortcuts speed up the alignment of texts in the Alignment Wizard:
Keys | Function |
Alt+Insert | Align selected paragraph pair (the existing alignment will be lost!) |
Delete | Remove alignment for selected paragraph pair |
Alt+Q | Go to the paragraph in the source text on the left that is connected with the selected paragraph in the target text on the right. |
Alt+W | Go to the paragraph in the target text on the right that is connected with the selected paragraph in the source text on the left. |
Alt+C | Automatically re-align this and all subsequent nodes (the existing alignment is lost!) |
