Across Online Client Installation
Proceed as follows to install an Across Online Client:
- Log in to your computer as a user with administration rights.
- Unzip the archive file containing the Across installation files and save the extracted files to your hard disk.
- Execute the file Across.Setup.exe to launch the Installation Wizard that will lead you through the installation of Across.
- Select the language in which the Across interface should be displayed.
- To change the location, click the ... button and select a different location.
- If you use the installation file of the Across Language Server and the client scenario is not already preselected, select the installation scenario Across Client.
- Enable the checkbox to confirm that you have read the license conditions and accept them.
- Launch the installation by clicking Install.
You can monitor the installation procedure with the help of the progress bars.
The final dialog confirms the successful installation.
- Finally, click Finish.
- Thereafter you can start Across (e.g. in Windows 8 using the tile on the start screen). In the login dialog, log in as a user.
- If a softkey has already been created for the client workstation and has been saved to an accessible location, you can select it via Import.
- The user name is already entered. Enter your password, if necessary, and click Login.
