This year was the first time that Across Systems GmbH participated in the DMEXCO in Cologne, Germany, under the motto "Make your global customer journey a local experience". Together with the language service provider Welocalize, the software provider showed how enterprises can generate multilingual marketing content more efficiently. Across Systems and Welocalize were able to expand their networks and gain new insight on trends and challenges in the field of digital marketing.
Customers expect to be duly addressed at every touchpoint of their customer journey. If they do not feel addressed, they might prefer a competitor. For this reason, especially enterprises that are involved in the international e-commerce business need to deliver their marketing content and web shops in multiple languages.
