With this move, Across is responding to customer demand in its core language technologies business and focusing its resources on designing and developing another core product in its pipeline. Head of HeyTranslator Nicolas Stumpf says: “We want to redirect our energy into increasing the added value of our solutions in the area of language technologies, which is why we made the decision not to make further investments in content development outside our core business for the time being. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for the support and contributions of my team as well as everyone who assisted in this effort by taking the time to discuss the platform with us, which were invaluable for its development.”
With immediate effect, Nicolas Stumpf’s team will be putting its efforts toward development of the new core product.
