Across Systems Now Part of Volaris Group

On January 4, 2021, Across Systems joined Volaris Group Inc. After some 20 years, this step marks the beginning of a new, exciting chapter for Across Systems.

Volaris Group purchases and develops specialized industry software solutions around the globe. The company belongs to Constellation Software Inc., which is listed at the Toronto stock exchange. Constellation Software Inc. has more than 23,000 employees worldwide and runs more than 475 software companies that cover about 100 industries.

Volaris has acquired Across Systems in the context of its long-term investment strategy, whose objective is to expand into new industries and develop the business by means of organic investments and strategic acquisitions. Volaris is convinced that in this industry, there is an attractive opportunity to leverage the strengths of its organization in order to consolidate the fragmented software market.

With this acquisition, Volaris aims at further expanding the market-leading role of Across Systems, not only in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, but around the globe. The solutions of Across Systems in the field of multilingualism have been identified as key technologies that will be subject to ongoing further development.
