With a newly formed industry customer advisory board, Across System GmbH is ensuring that these challenges will continue to be dealt with appropriately in the future through further development of language technologies.

The option to directly exchange information on current changes taking place in the companies allows us to develop pioneering solutions that meet their needs,” says Product Owner Marina Oreskovic, explaining the relevance of the customer advisory board for Across Systems.
For some time now, the customer advisory board and the associated close collaboration with customers have been firmly rooted in the culture of Across Systems GmbH. In December 2021, the company will be entering a new phase of cooperation, which will be initiated with a virtual kickoff event. The concept for the exchange was slightly updated and modernized. A mix of experienced and new advisory board members promises to provide fascinating insights into the challenges that the companies are facing. The new customer advisory board will be meeting regularly to provide valuable input into the future development of Across solutions.
