Manage QM Criteria
QM v7.0
The management of QM criteria takes place in the Quality Management v7.0 section of the system settings (under Tools > System Settings > General > Quality Management v7.0).
Select a QM template from the drop-down list in order to see all QM criteria it contains.
At the outset, every new template contains all available QM criteria. You can expand a criterion and activate or deactivate it or define it as a mandatory criterion.
Using the Actions menu, you can easily add, import, export, and delete templates.
QM v6.3
The management of QM criteria takes place in the Quality Management v6.3 section of the system settings (under Tools > System Settings... > General > Quality Management v6.3). Here you can define new QM criteria and have them checked while the document is being processed.
You can also create new quality management (QM) lists.
After activating the QM criteria in the system settings, each QM criterion must also be integrated in the individual workflows/tasks. This is usually the case with standard QM criteria. Otherwise, the QM criteria will not be checked. If a QM criterion is integrated in a task, but not activated in the system settings, it will not be checked automatically during editing. However, the check can be started manually in the quality management view of crossView.
In addition, in the Quality Management section of the user settings (under Tools > User Settings > crossDesk > Quality Management) you can define for which QM criteria warnings should be displayed during the translation if the criteria have not been observed. When changing to the next paragraph you will then be informed accordingly and can immediately correct any errors, if desired.
