Generating Entry Summaries
- Proceed as follows:
- In the crossTerm Manager, select the menu item Tools > Summaries.
- Select the entry summary.
- Click Next.
- Determine the information to be included in the summary. To do this, select the needed information from the list on the left and click Add.
- The following information is available:
- Subject with sub-subject: Representation of the terminology base by subjects and sub-subjects.
- Notes: Representation of the terminology data by availability of notes.
- Image: Representation of the terminology data by availability of image.
- Definition: Representation of the terminology data by availability of definitions.
- Determine the display order in the summary via Up and Down buttons.
- Click Finish to generate the summary.
- The summary is displayed.
