Finish Tasks Whenever You Wish

You can finish tasks in crossDesk Web whenever you wish. The individual paragraphs no longer need to be manually set to the final editing state.

Click Finish Task to open a wizard that guides you through the process of finishing the task, regardless of the current editing state of the individual paragraphs.

The wizard counts all paragraphs and groups them according to their current editing state. Touched paragraphs will automatically be set to the final editing state. For untouched paragraphs, you can insert the source text or leave them empty.

Additionally, the wizard will check whether there are any inconsistencies in connection with the sentence pair alignment. If this should be the case, you can align the sentences directly via the wizard. If the wizard finds suspicious translations, you can review them and correct them if necessary. Subsequently, you can finish the task.
