crossTerm Data Maintenance
The crossTerm Mass Operations Wizard enables you to change data categories of multiple terms and entries at a time. For example, you can easily add or delete subjects, relations, or project information.
Select the terms or entries to be changed via the hit list in the crossTerm Manager and subsequently start the crossTerm Mass Operations Wizard from the context menu.
After the start dialog, the crossTerm Mass Operation Wizard offers the following options:
(1) | Selection of the action to be executed: Add or delete. |
(2) | Selection of the object level: Entry or term. |
(3) | Selection of the data category, e.g. subject or relation. |
(4) | Selection of the data category value. |
Attention
The wizard offers a new dialog window for every instance. Changes are not possible across instances.
