Cost Estimates

When you receive a translation request and your customer first wants to get a cost estimate, you can use the Cost estimation workflow during the project creation. In this way, a project will be created without any task. Generate a Master Data Report for the project in order to get an overview of the costs. If your customer confirms his order, you can change the document workflow via the Document properties, e.g. to Translation, and process the resulting task as usual.
