Add entry and term

  1. Proceed as follows:
  2. Open the crossTerm Manager.
  3. Click the icn_cTeM_eintrag-anlegen icon to create a new crossTerm entry.
  4. If you work with different instances and entry templates, you can first select these from the respective drop-down lists.

    Depending on the selected entry template, the data categories available for the creation of entries may differ.

  5. Fill in the dialog with the information you have.
  6. Click the corresponding buttons, e.g. to insert an image.
  7. Click icn_cTeM_ersten-term-hinzufuegenAdd first term to save the entry in crossTerm and to add a first term.

    The entry is created.

  8. If you work with different term templates, you can select these from the respective drop-down list.

    Depending on the selected term template, the data categories available for the creation of terms may differ.

  9. Enter the term in the respective input field.
  10. Add additional, term specific information.
  11. After finishing the creation of the first term, click icn_cTeM_term-speichern-und-naechsterSave and next to add another term to the new entry, or click icn_cTeM_speichernSave and close to finish the term/entry creation.
