Add entry and term
- Proceed as follows:
- Open the crossTerm Manager.
- Click the
icon to create a new crossTerm entry.
- If you work with different instances and entry templates, you can first select these from the respective drop-down lists.
Depending on the selected entry template, the data categories available for the creation of entries may differ.
- Fill in the dialog with the information you have.
- Click the corresponding buttons, e.g. to insert an image.
- Click
Add first term to save the entry in crossTerm and to add a first term.
The entry is created.
- If you work with different term templates, you can select these from the respective drop-down list.
Depending on the selected term template, the data categories available for the creation of terms may differ.
- Enter the term in the respective input field.
- Add additional, term specific information.
- After finishing the creation of the first term, click
Save and next to add another term to the new entry, or click
Save and close to finish the term/entry creation.
