The company needs many documents that must be available in time when the products are shipped, often in several languages. There are highly standardized manuals with a high degree of repetition, and there are product-related information, which is very specific and requires high precision in regard to translation.
Voith has eight editors and translators in-house, which is responsible for English, Dutch, French, and Spanish, external service providers for Eastern European languages, and on-site specialists for Chinese.
