Due to OEM business and worldwide availability, Nero products have to be deployed and distributed in a huge amount of product/language variants. With its headquarters in Karlsbad, Germany, and branches in Glendale, California, and Yokohama, Japan, the company has a global customer base including manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, trade partners and end customers. Product documentation and technical support have to meet the needs of 300 million users worldwide.
Attendees learned how Nero automated processes and established an appropriate infrastructure to take up that challenge.
