To support our sales team, we are looking for several new full-time or part-time team members for
Customer care by phone
You will be talking to industrial companies and language-service providers in European countries. Your duties will range from initial contacts including cold calls and online presentations of the across software to purchase deals or to the qualified transfer to your colleagues in the Key Account Management.
Are you a native speaker of English? Can you explain complex subjects in a comprehensible manner? Are you able to convince your call partner with a pleasant phone voice? Can you work autonomously and with a clear sales focus? Are you willing to get acquainted with a new, exciting subject?
Please contact us soon if you would like to join our team on a long-term basis. Candidates who would like to re-embark on a professional career after a baby break are welcome. You will be inducted thoroughly into our product. If you wish, you may be able to change from a part-time schedule to a full-time program later on. After at least 6 months, you may continue operating from your home office.
