Global customer satisfaction; how do we get there? Apart from offering a desired product/service a global organization needs to emphasis all stages of customer communication. Entering the global market implies new customers but it also highlights new challenges considering the customer communication. A satisfying customer experience happens only when communication is clear, consistent, errorfree, and in the customer’s native language. This session focused on the new trends and technologies that are gaining ground in companies that are in the forefront of customer communication. Processes that integrate the whole linguistic supply chain will be discussed with special focus on authoring assistance. This results in a facilitated leverage of existing knowledge in order to strengthen the corporate language, adds to consistency in both source and target documentation as well as reduces time to market.
