Support Request

If you use the Across Language Server and have a support agreement, please send your request via the Across helpdesk.

Before using the helpdesk for the first time, you are required to register. Following the registration, you will receive your login details by e-mail. Detailed information on using the Across helpdesk is available in a guide.

The helpdesk makes sure that no messages are lost and enables short reaction times through a standardized processing procedure.
