Across Professional Services

Across Professional Services is a business division of Across Systems GmbH that provides professional services in connection with the Across Language Server and corresponding technologies. For example, this includes the following:

Consulting

• Process, data, and systems analyses
• Efficiency and needs analyses, based on the above
• And recommendations for action based on these analyses

Training

• Basic skills training, such as for creating a company terminology database
• Application training focusing on special functions such as the design of workflows
• Workshops for "Across managers" and system administrators

Implementation

• Inclusion of Across in heterogeneous environments and in environments where security is critical
• Configuration of relevant ports, firewalls, DMZ, etc.
• Setup of virtual private networking (VPN) and terminal server applications
