Across Online Training
For our online training, we use tools developed by Netviewer.
Participant application
If you would like to participate in our online training, please open the Netviewer participant application in German (803 KB) or the Netviewer participant application in English (803 KB) and enter the conference number and conference password indicated in your booking confirmation (leave the password field empty if no password is specified).
Please log in shortly before the announced time - the system will only "find" the conference after the facilitator initiates it (usually approximately 5 minutes before the training starts).
Voice transmission
The procedure for listening to the comments of the trainer along with the screen presentation depends on the method used for your conference / in this connection, please refer to your booking confirmation.
For phone conferences, select "Phone Conference" in the menu of your Netviewer participant application and follow the instructions there / please use your normal phone. During a phone conference, all participants can hear each other; to avoid background noise, we recommend that you mute your phone.
If VoIP is used, the voice is transmitted over your PC, i.e. you need to connect a headset to your PC or enable your PC speakers. With VoIP, only one participant can be heard, usually the facilitator. However, the facilitator can "hand over" the microphone to individual participants.
Please note that the language of the presentation does not depend on the language of the participant application. The conference language is indicated in your booking confirmation.
