If one of our support team member calls you and asks you to start Netviewer, please proceed as follows:
Start Session
Please start the following application:
Netviewer Client (2 MB)
Enter Conference Number
Subsequently, enter the conference number you received from one of our colleagues into the corresponding field. Leave the password field empty.
The session is now activated!
