Across v4.0 for Freelance Translators

Register now to use Across for your freelance translation work.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a license key for the unlimited use as Standalone Personal Edition. The same installation serves as Standby Remote Client. After importing a softkey transmitted by your customer, you can use the Remote Client for seamless access to the respective server.

The data you enter during your registration will be published at the Across web site in a list of registered freelance Across users. The purpose of this page is to help Across users at agencies and in the industry to find freelance translators who are on standby with their Across Remote Clients and who can accept translation tasks from an Across server. Apart from the listing within the scope of this web site, your data will not be forwarded anywhere.

Only freelance translators are permitted to use the Personal Edition free of charge. The use of the Personal Edition by other users may violate license terms. Freelance translators can get free support by email using our support request form. Additional support services - especially by phone - are subject to an optional support agreement at 9% of the regular license price p.a.

Registered users can attend a maximum of 2 online training sessions free of charge in the course of 6 months. You can browse and sign up upcoming online training sessions here.

Before you register, please make sure that your PC meets the system requirements specified by Across. Please note that software obtained from Across free of charge is not covered by any warranty.

Please also register if you are a student of a relevant subject. In this case, we will provide you with a license key, but we will not include you in the list of freelance translators.
