- Across Language Server as Central Platform for Language Resources and Translation Processes, Friday July 18, 4:45 pm to 6:00 pm MDT – This live tool presentation will take place during the TCD Conference at The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center in Englewood, Colorado. The 9th annual ATA-TCD conference offers two days of informative educational sessions tailored to the needs and concerns of translation company owners and managers. This tool presentation will focus on the advantages of the Across Language Server and the special benefits for the translation industry.
According to Across Systems, the continued increase in global business and general “shrinking of the world” has caused a dramatic increase in the need for fast, efficient and easy translation processes. Businesses must localize to see positive growth abroad and therefore require productive, open-interface linguistic solutions such as the Across Language Server.
The Across Language Server is an independent, centralized platform for all corporate language resources and provides powerful end-to-end project management controls. It offers authoring assistance, translation memory and a terminology system, but its distinguishing feature is its ability to enable customers, agencies and translators to seamlessly work with the same data. Open interfaces enable the seamless integration of corresponding systems such as Content Management Systems (CMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
“For global businesses, translation professionals or industry analysts who are looking for educational, well-rounded trainings on the newest translation management tools, these presentations are the way to go,” says Daniel Nackovski, president of Across Systems, Inc. “Our executives and partners are experts in the industry and can ably demonstrate our capabilities to support localization and linguistic supply chain management.”
