Across Systems Presents Summer Series of Educational Webinars on Translation Management Topics

Outside Experts Demonstrate Ways to Maximize Productivity for Translation Professionals

LOS ANGELES and KARLSBAD, Germany – June, 2009 – Across Systems, supplier of the world's leading independent linguistic supply chain technology, has announced a series of summer 2009 seminars. The company secured several experts to educate corporate and localization company translation professionals on ways to increase productivity and simplify workflow processes. In addition, in July, Across itself will deliver the first presentation of its new product generation v5, available from mid-July on.

All Webinar presentations are free of charge and include:

• Localization in 2010 and Beyond: Where to Go and What to Know – Wednesday, July 15, 9:00 am PST/12n EST - Richard Sikes, Localization Institute, will focus on the importance of localization efforts for the future. He will discuss how changing technologies, mergers, new business models, and maturing customer agendas are putting pressure on LSPs and enterprises to move beyond simple CAT tools, standalone solutions, and language service providers as black boxes.
